2. Products
T-fins sells apparel, art prints, and accessories produced on a made-to-order basis through third-party fulfillment partners.
Because our products are made to order, slight variations in color, print placement, size, and final appearance may occur. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the final delivered item. Such variations are a normal part of the production process and do not constitute defects.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, and payment information provided is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
T-fins reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, stock or production issues, or violations of these Terms.
If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on T-fins are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
For international shipments outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are determined by local authorities and are outside the control of T-fins.
Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment providers.
T-fins does not store full payment card information.
5. Made-to-Order Production
All items are produced after order confirmation.
Production typically begins shortly after payment is confirmed.
Because of this production model, orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, holidays, or force majeure events.
T-fins is not liable for delays once orders have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, customers are encouraged to carefully review sizing, product descriptions, and order details before completing a purchase.
Refunds or replacements are offered for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by photographic evidence.
For products subject to statutory consumer withdrawal rights under applicable law, customers may exercise those rights in accordance with mandatory legal provisions.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
However, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications, clearly personalized products, or other goods exempt under applicable law.
Where a product is eligible for withdrawal, customers may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable law.
Products produced or customized specifically for an order may not be eligible for withdrawal, cancellation, or refund once production has started.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, product designs, logos, text, branding, and images, remains the exclusive intellectual property of T-fins or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of T-fins.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, T-fins shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential losses, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
T-fins shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, supplier interruptions, cyber incidents, or governmental restrictions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any disputes arising from use of this website or purchases made through T-fins shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
