2. Products
T-fins sells apparel and accessories produced on a made-to-order basis through third-party fulfillment partners.
Because products are manufactured after purchase:
- slight variations in color, print placement, size, and final appearance may occur;
- product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final delivered product.
These differences do not constitute defects.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- all billing, shipping, and payment information provided is accurate and complete;
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
T-fins reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- suspected fraud;
- pricing or listing errors;
- stock or production issues;
- violation of these Terms.
If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on T-fins are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for:
- customs duties;
- import taxes;
- local VAT or other charges imposed by destination countries, where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment providers.
T-fins does not store full payment card information.
5. Made-to-Order Production
All items are produced after order confirmation.
Production typically begins shortly after payment is confirmed.
Because of this production model:
- orders may only be cancelled before production has started;
- once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- carriers;
- customs processing;
- holidays;
- force majeure events.
T-fins is not liable for delays once orders have been transferred to shipping carriers.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the on-demand production model of our products, customers are encouraged to carefully review sizing, product descriptions, and order details before purchase.
Refunds or replacements are offered for products that arrive:
- damaged;
- defective;
- incorrectly fulfilled.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
For products subject to statutory consumer withdrawal rights under applicable law, customers may exercise those rights in accordance with mandatory legal provisions.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may benefit from a statutory withdrawal right under applicable consumer law.
However, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications;
- clearly personalized products;
- other exempt goods under applicable law.
Where a product is eligible for withdrawal, customers may exercise their legal withdrawal right within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable law.
Products specifically produced or customized for an order may not be eligible for withdrawal or cancellation once production has started.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including but not limited to:
- artwork;
- graphics;
- product designs;
- logos;
- text;
- branding;
- images;
remains the exclusive intellectual property of T-fins or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, T-fins shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages;
- incidental damages;
- consequential losses;
- loss of profits;
- business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
T-fins shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- strikes;
- transport disruptions;
- customs delays;
