Delivery, when will I receive my order?


For our apparel:
3 – 7 working days for production.
For our prints:
Print only: 1 – 2 working days for production.
Framed Print: 10 working days for production.

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing products from different fulfillment partners may be shipped separately and can appear as multiple shipments at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated accordingly.

The shipping time depends on your location, at checkout you will see the estimated shipping time.

* Europe: 2–8 business days
* USA: 3–4 business days
* Australia: 3–14 business days
* International: 10–20 business days

How do I track my order?


You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, get in touch at contact@t-fins.com.

My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?


Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

– Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
– Ask your local post office if they have your package
– Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at contact@t-fins.com with your order number.
Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may be replaced at the customer’s expense, including additional shipping charges.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?


We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@t-fins.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

Can I return/exchange an item for a different size/color?


Because our products are produced on demand, customers are encouraged to carefully review sizing guides, product details, and order information before purchasing.
We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for:
– change of mind;
– incorrect size selection;
– buyer’s remorse.

However, this policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@t-fins.com with:
– your order number;
– photos of the issue;
– a description of the problem.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Will I be charged custom fees for my order?


An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
